MASTER.JET is a machining center with 6 interpolated axes in a gantry configuration and 2 independent working tables and 1 or 2 automatic hopper feeders.
MASTER.JET is a UNIVERSAL and FLEXIBLE machine for the production of doors, windows, chairs, stairs, beds and furniture.
MASTER.JET may be configured to feature:

- manual loading + automatic loading
- full automatic loading
WORKING TABLES
REMOVABLE FRONT CLAMPS
Pneumatic clamps that hold the pieces from the bottom upwards and may be adjustable in height, with tiltable upper and lower clamp supports to adapt to the different shapes of the piece. Clamps with semi-automatic positioning without the needs of digital readouts or metric scales. These clamps may be easily removed from the working table TGV rail on which they are fitted, in order to make it easy to switch to clamping systems that use jigs/templates.
FREE-JIG DEVICE
The TGV-type (a Bacci patent) steel rails may be equipped with a series of Free-Jig clamps with adjustable height and tiltable, to load curved elements without the need for complex jigs. The Free-Jig device is also equipped with pop-up reference stops.
NC LATHE
The TGV-type (a Bacci patent) steel tables may be equipped with a numerically controlled turning lathe device to perform interpolated 5 axes lathing work. The numerically controlled turning lathe device may be used both in positioning mode (the axis does not rotate during machining, but positions itself on the face that had to be machined) or in interpolated mode (the axis rotates during machining, interpolating the other machine axes together). The standard length is 1,100 mm or 1,300 mm with a maximum diameter of 200 mm (other sizes are optional).
OPERATIVE HEADS
T2+2 HEAD TYPE
A single fork holding two double-exit electric spindles placed in cross position and extremely compact. The opposite exits of the same spindle rotate in opposite directions.

MASTER.JET may be equipped with 1 or 2 automatic hopper feeders thanks to which the machine may be configured to have:
